“She is a marvel, and anyone’s life would benefit from sharing time and space in her energy.”

Tracey has coached me through some of the most challenging moments of my journey and has been my biggest champion during the highlights. She is fearless about diving into your darkest shadows and will keep you engaged there no matter how masterful you are with using humour to deflect intense emotions and deep truisms. She dances with you there and surges up to the sun at the surface when it’s time, but only when it’s time. She is a fierce and empathetic mirror and will confront you where you may have habitually squirmed away from. Miraculously, the whole process ends up feeling fun and you’re eager to jump back into the coaching process over and over, letting old identities that don’t serve die and birthing new transformations.

Tracey is adept at navigating all the large themes of our lives. She has seen me through the end of a decade-long relationship, coached me with establishing and maintaining boundaries, having the courage to change professions, and tackling finances with all of the emotions and behavioral patterning that comes with that. She offers clear, practical strategies, and distills the complex muddled mess that I bring to her door into clear concepts that can be addressed with concrete actions. She does this wizardry with endless empathy, boundless curiosity and energy, and a playful sense of humour that makes it a joy to speak with her.

Her coaching has truly been one of the jewels of my life. The results are incredible and my progress has been jettisoned by Tracey’s crystalline insights, landing soundly after we’ve spent time clearing my internal space and readying the soil.

The coaching she offers has developed through her own life experiences, going through her own fires and rising again and again more resplendent each time. She is a marvel, and anyone’s life would benefit from sharing time and space in her energy.

“She sincerely cares about my well-being through this difficult time in my life.”

Tracey Gramenz has an open, kind, and sincere way of connecting with others.  I reached out to Tracey for some support/guidance for difficulties in my relationship in the last six months.  I am grateful for her to take the time to actively listen to my situation; it seemed as though she was able to understand my feelings and help me to identify my needs

During our conversations, Tracey spoke with compassion and acknowledged my point of view, she provided constructive feedback in a thoughtful, compassionate manner.  Tracey’s guidance promoted self-care and self-reassurance; I was really able to appreciate time alone and reflect on my life honestly.  With her suggestion, I took time to give myself love and support, which I needed in order to accept the changes I was going through.

I finally felt empowered to face my challenges in my relationship.  I am very grateful for Tracey’s way of communication, she sincerely cares about my well-being through this difficult time in my life.

“If you're stuck, in transition, or contemplating a big leap, this is the woman you want guiding you.”

I've experienced the benefits of Tracey's coaching firsthand for over 12 years. What's unique about her approach is... she's lived it. The woman has endured things that would make you shudder. And, she's always chosen to see them as opportunities for growth, rather than boulders in her path. Not only is she a talented relationship coach, but she also excels at career advice, and helping parents, as she has two high-energy boys herself. There are few coaches who are willing to get real and raw with you. She won't beat around the bush, nor will she rush you. But she will push you to be true to yourself, to accept the reality of the situation, AND, she will psyche you up (when you can't be that cheerleader for yourself) to.

Go. Do. It.

If you're stuck, in transition, or contemplating a big leap, this is the woman you want guiding you, and she'll be waiting to celebrate with you on the other side.

Tracey is not a life coach. She's a life changer.

“I felt much more empowered.”

Being a teenager is challenging enough by itself, but one of the worst parts is not being able to get good advice. There’s so much overlapping information information from your friends and social media that it’s hard to tell what to do. Luckily Tracey is always there to help! She’s a compassionate and responsible person who has a unique view on problem solving. There was one instance where I was friends with a very manipulative and passive person, and Tracey allowed me to see different sides of the story in order to understand what I should do. She coached and gave me distinctive strategies to help me get through the situation. I felt much more empowered because of it!
