Hi. I’m Tracey.
Doer. Enneagram 7. Gemini Sun. Cancer Moon. Mountain biker. Secret homebody. Laughter. Sunsets. Swimming in phosphorescence. Hygge. Boy mom. Clary sage. Salty hair.
Adventurer. I’m an Enneagram 7, Gemini sun that likes to mountain bike regularly, plunge into the frigid Salish Sea and experience life with friends by my side and laughter never far away. I spent my 20’s as a bike guide and have ridden and explored my way through 15 countries and counting; with my longest month+ long excursions being through India, Italy and New Zealand. I was pregnant with my first son during my last tour through New Zealand and rode over 400km while growing my first born.
Nurturer. I had 2 sons in my early 30’s and to date motherhood has been one of my favorite endeavors. I cherish not only raising my own kids, now elementary/middle school aged, but also nurturing deep friendships and community. I make the time to connect one on one with friends weekly; give back to my community by hosting events; and prioritize mountain bike and backcountry ski getaways where I can nurture my own relationship with nature (and laugh until I cry with my adventure buddies).
Doer. I like to affectionately call myself a seasonal worker in my own life. Fresh out of college I used my bilingual skills to work as a counselor for immigrant families. I responded to my need for more adventure by transitioning into full time bike guiding. I founded a nature preschool when my boys were young; ran women’s yoga + cycling retreats when they were a bit older. I created a decluttering business when I was transitioning out of my marriage and needed to reorder everything. I unapologetically work my work into my life, not the other way around.
Builder. I have spent the past 3 years gutting and remodeling literally every inch of my 100 year old home in North Seattle. I have a need for a peaceful, beautiful space and taste that is beyond what I can afford to pay someone else to create, so I’ve rolled up my sleeves (with considerable help along the way). I own and manage 2 rentals, with a 3rd in the works, and over 1.6 million in real estate. I invested in my first home as a single 26 year old and believe in hard work, frugality and making choices to work for my future betterment.
Both/And. I live in Seattle with my two sons, but thought I was carrying girls in each pregnancy. Laughter is my favorite medicine, and I also love a good cry—I try to keep the two in somewhat equal balance. I am an extravert, and also spend most of time in my cozy home. I am a dog person (rest in eternal peace, Howard), and also a cat mom to Ninja, who knows more people in my neighborhood than I do. I hate the cold, but regularly swim in the salty Puget Sound. When I think about updating my wardrobe, I fantasize about all the joggers I want to own from Vuori.
I love all the both/and’s that live within us and look forward to getting to know you and yours. Let’s laugh. Let’s cry a little. Let’s keep it light, and also go deep. Let’s focus on your dreams, but hold the outcomes loosely.
